La formaci\u00f3n IEC es buena para su empresa, sus clientes y sus empleados. Seg\u00fan SHRM (Society for Human Resource Management) formaci\u00f3n\/aprendizaje y desarrollo, 66% de los empleados de entre 18 y 24 a\u00f1os ven la formaci\u00f3n laboral como uno de los beneficios m\u00e1s importantes que ofrece su empresa.
