Con 29 equipos participando, el evento mostr\u00f3 tanto impresionantes habilidades de pesca como una fuerte camarader\u00eda en la industria.<\/p>\n<p>Los pescadores salieron al agua temprano, compitiendo por los m\u00e1ximos honores y una parte de $3,000 en premios en efectivo. La competencia fue feroz, con varios equipos trayendo capturas sobresalientes.<\/p>\n<p>Tomando <strong>1er puesto<\/strong>, Equipo Reinicke Atenas \u2014Mike Blalock y Brady Whitehead\u2014 lideraron el campo con una impresionante captura total con un peso de <strong>18.37 libras<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Cerca detr\u00e1s <strong>2\u00ba puesto<\/strong>, Jason Duncan y Sammy Skinner del Team ProTech trajeron un fuerte <strong>18.08 libras<\/strong> atrapam.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3er puesto<\/strong> los honores fueron para el equipo de Ozburn Electric, con Steve Dobbs y Rick Smith obteniendo <strong>16,19 libras<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Completando los cuatro primeros, <strong>4\u00ba puesto<\/strong> fue otorgado a Jake Daniel y Sean Duyvejonck del Equipo T.H. src=\"https:\/\/iecatlantaga.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/1stPlace-225x300.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"225\" height=\"300\" \/><\/a>On March 28<sup>th<\/sup>, the IEC Atlanta chapter hosted its Annual Fishing Tournament at the Lawrence Shoals Recreation Area on beautiful Lake Oconee. \u00a0With 29 teams participating, the event showcased both impressive angling skills and strong industry camaraderie.<\/p> <p>Anglers hit the water early, competing for top honors and a share of $3,000 in cash prizes. The competition was fierce, with several teams bringing in outstanding catches.<\/p> <p>Taking <strong>1st Place<\/strong>, Team Reinicke Athens\u2014Mike Blalock and Brady Whitehead\u2014led the field with an impressive total catch weighing <strong>18.37 lbs<\/strong>.<\/p> <p>Close behind <strong>2nd Place<\/strong>, Team ProTech\u2019s Jason Duncan and Sammy Skinner brought in a strong <strong>18.08 lbs<\/strong> catch.<\/p> <p><strong>3rd Place<\/strong> honors went to Team Ozburn Electric, with Steve Dobbs and Rick Smith landing <strong>16.19 lbs<\/strong>.<\/p> <p>Rounding out the top four, <strong>4th Place<\/strong> was awarded to Team T.H. Mize\u2019s Jake Daniel and Sean Duyvejonck, who weighed in at <strong>16.10 lbs<\/strong>.<\/p> <p>The coveted <strong>Big Fish Award<\/strong> went to Carl Cothran of LMI Systems, whose standout catch tipped the scales at <strong>5.47 lbs<\/strong>.<\/p> <p><strong>Powered by Industry Support<\/strong><\/p> <p>Events like this wouldn\u2019t be possible without the generous support of IEC Atlanta\u2019s industry partners.
