Uno de mis autores favoritos, James Clear<\/a>\u00a0public\u00f3 recientemente: \"Cuanto m\u00e1s control tengas sobre tu atenci\u00f3n, m\u00e1s control tendr\u00e1s sobre tu futuro\". Esto es ahora m\u00e1s cierto que nunca, con toda la atenci\u00f3n y las noticias basadas en el miedo que nos sirven constantemente. Y Albert Gray, ejecutivo de seguros de vida, contin\u00faa diciendo que \"Todas y cada una de las cualificaciones para el \u00e9xito se adquieren a trav\u00e9s del h\u00e1bito. Las personas forman h\u00e1bitos y los h\u00e1bitos forman el futuro. Si no creas buenos h\u00e1bitos deliberadamente, inconscientemente crear\u00e1s malos h\u00e1bitos. Eres el tipo de persona que eres porque has formado el h\u00e1bito de ser ese tipo de persona, y la \u00fanica forma de cambiar es a trav\u00e9s del h\u00e1bito\". As\u00ed que si estamos constantemente centrando nuestra atenci\u00f3n en noticias basadas en el miedo, ese h\u00e1bito se formar\u00e1 en m\u00e1s miedo, en lugar de buscar soluciones. Centremos nuestra atenci\u00f3n en las soluciones para que nuestro futuro se llene de resultados que nos beneficien no s\u00f3lo a nosotros mismos, sino tambi\u00e9n a las personas con las que entramos en contacto, tanto personal como profesionalmente. People form habits and habits form futures.\u00a0 If you do not deliberately form good habits, then unconsciously you will form bad ones.\u00a0 You are the kind of person you are because you have formed the habit of being that kind of person, and the only way you can change is through habit.\"\u00a0 So if we are constantly focusing our attention on fear-based news, that habit will form into more fear, instead of looking for solutions.\u00a0 Let's focus our attention on solutions so that our future will be filed with results that benefit not only ourselves, but the people we come in contact with both personally and professionally.\u00a0 Tell us how we can help you with solutions to your business issues - we're here to help!
