Estos adjetivos van desde desafiante (mi favorito personal), agotador, estresante, agotador, asqueroso, sofocante, rentable, y as\u00ed sucesivamente.<br \/><br \/>Sin embargo, aqu\u00ed en el CEI, lo que me viene a la mente es el agradecimiento. Doy las gracias por la constancia de nuestros miembros: 196 contratistas (142 ATL\/54 GA), lo que supone un aumento de 2% con respecto a hace un a\u00f1o, y 102 socios (76 ATL\/26 GA). Para ser galardonado con el puesto de Contratista del A\u00f1o 2020, Excel Electrical ha apoyado el programa de aprendizaje con sus trabajadores, ha patrocinado eventos y ha participado en las funciones de la IEC a m\u00faltiples niveles.  Incluso durante los tiempos de cambio Excel estuvo junto a nosotros participando en una de nuestras discusiones del Zoom y encabezando el desarrollo del nuevo programa de Instaladores. Este acto, que normalmente acoge a unos 200 invitados, se redujo a un sal\u00f3n de baile de unos 90 asistentes debido a las directrices de COVID.  El reducido n\u00famero de asistentes no impidi\u00f3 que la fiesta anual de Navidad del IEC fuera todo un \u00e9xito.<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>Se sirvi\u00f3 un delicioso almuerzo mientras los invitados disfrutaban de un bar abierto, del entretenimiento del c\u00f3mico Sean Reynolds y de los premios de la rifa entregados a algunos afortunados asistentes, \u00a1a lo largo de la tarde! Aprenden el uso de herramientas manuales y el\u00e9ctricas, precisi\u00f3n en la medici\u00f3n, identificar materiales de trabajo y m\u00e1s.  Los estudiantes ser\u00e1n capaces de realizar trabajos con confianza y aumentar su productividad.  Ayuda a los nuevos trabajadores a estar preparados para el lugar de trabajo y a realizar las tareas necesarias de forma eficiente.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Cuando los trabajadores completan este curso obtienen un certificado de formaci\u00f3n reconocido por IEC y una tarjeta OSHA 10.  El IEC cree en la formaci\u00f3n y preparaci\u00f3n de los trabajadores para que sean los m\u00e1s cualificados del sector.  Con el reto de la escasez de mano de obra, esto ayuda a preparar y hacer crecer al nuevo trabajador in situ. La divulgaci\u00f3n de esta informaci\u00f3n tendr\u00e1 lugar hoy y responde a una orden judicial.<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>La SBA har\u00e1 p\u00fablicos los nombres, direcciones e importes exactos de los pr\u00e9stamos de todas las personas y entidades que obtuvieron pr\u00e9stamos relacionados con la COVID-19 en el marco del PPP y de los Pr\u00e9stamos por Da\u00f1os Econ\u00f3micos y Cat\u00e1strofes (EIDL). These range from challenging (my personal favorite), exhausting, stressful, taxing, gross, stifling, profitable, and so on.<br \/><br \/>However, here at the IEC, what comes to my mind is thankfulness! I am thankful for our steadfast members - 196 contractors (142 ATL\/54 GA), which is up 2% from a year ago, and 102 partners (76 ATL\/26 GA).
