Hay tantas historias de \u00e9xito para tantos graduados.  \u00bfQu\u00e9 sucede despu\u00e9s de que un aprendiz del IEC se grad\u00faa?  \u00bfQu\u00e9 puede esperar el contratista inversor de su aprendiz cualificado?  IEC tiene una historia aqu\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Alfred Wheeler es un graduado del IEC de 2021 y su formaci\u00f3n durante el programa de aprendizaje ya se ha manifestado en una pr\u00f3spera y prometedora carrera con el contratista del IEC Pat Murphy Electric.  Alfred es un ejemplo perfecto de c\u00f3mo un contratista que invierte en los trabajadores puede dar sus frutos tanto para el contratista como para el trabajador.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Justo antes de que Alfred se graduara del programa de aprendizaje IEC, \u00a1Pat Murphy Electric lo ascendi\u00f3 a Asistente de Gerente de Proyecto!  As\u00ed que se grad\u00faa con ganas de un futuro brillante y completamente motivado para dar todo lo que Pat Murphy Electric le ha dado, de vuelta en su rendimiento y potencialmente ser un factor clave para el crecimiento continuo de Pat Murphy Electric.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Hace poco m\u00e1s de 4 a\u00f1os, Alfred Wheeler solicit\u00f3 el programa de aprendizaje de la CEI.  Recibi\u00f3 3 referencias de contratistas del departamento de formaci\u00f3n de la CEI y en 3 \u00f3 4 semanas fue contratado por un contratista de la CEI.
