Uno de los mayores impulsores de la industria solar recogiendo el vapor no s\u00f3lo en Georgia, sino en todo el pa\u00eds es el IRA - la Ley de Reducci\u00f3n de la Inflaci\u00f3n.de 2022<a href=\"https:\/\/iecatlantaga.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/02\/InflationReductionActLaborPolicies2.docx\">InflationReductionActPol\u00edticas laborales2<\/a>. La IRA exige que al menos 15% del total de horas de mano de obra de un proyecto sean realizadas por un aprendiz registrado, que se introducir\u00e1 progresivamente hasta 2024.  Existen tanto cr\u00e9ditos fiscales para las empresas como para los consumidores, as\u00ed como sanciones por no cumplir con los aprendices registrados en determinados trabajos.  He aqu\u00ed una buena\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/iecatlantaga.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/02\/InflationReductionActLaborPolicies2.docx\">InflationReductionActPol\u00edticas laborales2<\/a><\/p>\n<p>La concesi\u00f3n de licencias var\u00eda seg\u00fan el estado, pero Georgia a\u00fan no ha promulgado ning\u00fan requisito. Sin embargo, se ha especulado con la presentaci\u00f3n de un proyecto de ley en la Asamblea General de Georgia para regular las instalaciones solares bajo la Comisi\u00f3n de Servicios P\u00fablicos.  IEC se opone a cualquier tipo de regulaci\u00f3n de esta naturaleza y cree que si se impone alg\u00fan requisito, deber\u00eda ser bajo la Junta de Licencias de la Industria de la Construcci\u00f3n.\u00a0 <a href=\"https:\/\/irecusa.org\/solar-licensing-database\/\">Consulte los requisitos por Estado.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Hace a\u00f1os, una licencia de bajo voltaje fue promulgada en Georgia y ahora los contratistas el\u00e9ctricos deben obtener una licencia separada para hacer el trabajo de bajo voltaje.  Estamos observando esto muy de cerca para asegurar que algo similar a esto no vuelva a suceder.  Los contratistas el\u00e9ctricos deben reconocer que la energ\u00eda solar es otro tipo de trabajo que no s\u00f3lo deben conocer, sino que deben respaldar como otro tipo de trabajo el\u00e9ctrico. The IRA requires at least 15% of total labor hours on a project to be performed by a registered apprentice to be phased in by 2024.\u00a0 There are both tax credits for businesses and consumers, as well as penalties for failing to comply with registered apprentices on certain jobs.\u00a0 Here is a good\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/iecatlantaga.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/02\/InflationReductionActLaborPolicies2.docx\">InflationReductionActLaborPolicies2<\/a><\/p> <p>Licensing varies by state, but Georgia has yet to enact any requirements.
