Step 1: Complete the Enrollment Information Form
The first step in the application process is completing the enrollment information Google form. The link to this form is located at the bottom of the current web page.
Step 2: Complete the Online Math Assessment
To be enrolled in the apprenticeship program, applicants must complete an online math assessment using a system called FlexiQuiz.
Step 3: Complete Forms for the Department of Labor
Before enrolling in the apprenticeship program, applicants must complete the Department of Labor apprenticeship agreement and the voluntary disability disclosure form.
Step 4: Complete Application for Enrollment
After completing the online math assessment and the Department of Labor forms through DocuSign, the IEC will send an email with a link to the application for enrollment.
Step 5: Enrollment into the Apprenticeship Program
After you complete the necessary steps, which include the math assessment, forms, and enrollment application, your contractor may enroll you in the apprenticeship program during the published enrollment periods.
