IEC’s GIFT program continues to make a difference in the electrical industry. This time both IEC’s Atlanta and Georgia Chapters had the opportunity to be on the receiving end of GIFT! GIFT awarded 15 additional grants totaling to $2,400!

The GIFT scholarship goes toward the purchase of their books and since its start has given a total of $5,500! IEC is proud to assist the future of the industry in obtaining their goals! Books can cost an apprentice anywhere from $500 to $700 dollars, so every amount helps! IEC is proud to assist the future of the industry in obtaining their goals! The Georgia Industry Foundation for Training (GIFT) program is IEC Atlanta/Georgia chapters’ 501( c )3 established to foster education and training in the electrical industry to encourage and promote safe working practices and to encourage equal opportunity in the electrical construction field.
More scholarships will be provided to pour into those seeking a future in the electrical industry and IEC is pleased to help their goals to be attained.
