On May 14th IEC Georgia Chapter hosted its 3rd annual Savannah Golf Tournament at Club at Savannah Harbor in Savannah, Georgia. This event was huge! Over 100 golfers breaking down to 28 teams arrived ready to tee off at 8am! The day was gorgeous and the talent was tough, but in the end winners prevailed!
Congratulations to the champions of the 3rd annual IEC Georgia Golf tournament, team 14A; comprised of Blake Phillips of H&E Equipment Services, Stephen Lebel of Florida Hydronics and Matt McCormic and Wes Hencley of Savannah Hardscape. They came in first place with a score of 53!
The Longest Drive winner also happens to be a member of the winning team. Excellent job Stephen Lebel on achieving the longest drive at hole #11. There was also Zach Nehme of Federated who took home the title of Closest to the Hole at hole #8. There was some skilled golfing exhibited by Zach!
There was even more success to spread around. Team 15A came in at 2nd place with Christian Eaddy, Brian Huskey, Len Poppell and Eric Westemeier of The UPS Store #4719 & #6029 achieving a score of 57. Third place, team 18A made up of Billy Phillips of Ram Tool and Construction Supply, Robert Campbell of The Corner Stone Group, Chip Lewis of Savannah Medicare Specialist and Steve Mcevoy of Jen’s and Friends scored 57 as well. Pulling up in 4th place with a score of 58 was team 7, James Fox, Freddie Barns, Jackie Sullivan and R. Wilson of of Border Pawtrol. View Pictures of this event here.
