IEC’s 2021 Power Show Delivered Different and Awesome

IEC’s 2021 Power Show Delivered Different and Awesome

The 2021 Power Show is a wrap!  Tuesday, October 26th IEC Atlanta/ Georgia Chapters hosted over 50 vendors and 800 guests at an awesome new location, the Wills Park Equestrian Center!   From 2pm to 6pm vendors were set up in an outdoor environment along with the Ideal Industries Competition and the IEC Skills Based Competition.  Ongoing raffle prizes were distributed, an open bar and delicious BBQ grilled thanks to Chad Brooks of ATS, and Mike Sasser and Justin Mercer of Craft!  Onsite power was promised and delivered by ESSE, as they provided a powerful generator and were on hand with a portable generator demonstration.

It was a beautiful and windy day, with crowds beginning around 11:30am helping with set up and preparing to participate when the event officially opened at 2pm.  Crowds continued until food was served at 5pm.  As always with the Power Show, those remained until the end with hopes to claim remaining gifts; among them were Trimble’s 43 inch television and Home Depot’s Ring Jobsite Starter Kit.

IEC did the Power Show a little different this year and it may appear easy, but that is only because of the organized hard work of all those supporting it.  Multiple “Thank yous” are in order.  Thanks to Square D for the show bags, Atlanta Electrical Distributors for the Lanyards, Eaton and HR Partners for sponsoring the bar.  Of course thank you to each vendor for setting up and sharing your service and products with the industry, and to those donating the fantastic raffle prizes.
